Kinder Morgan Will Provide:

• 10' x 10' draped booth
• 8' tall backdrop with 3' side dividers
• 6' skirted table, 2 chairs, 1 waste basket
• Color theme will follow the Kinder Morgan corporate colors of red and black
• A 44” x 77” sign with vendor company name

Shipping Needs:

Exhibitors can arrange shipping to and from the Hotel. Shipping must be arranged through Freeman Co.

What To Bring:

• Be prepared to discuss and/or provide information regarding your company's products/services with Kinder Morgan decision makers
• Sales literature
• Gimmicks, smaller display items or giveaways if desired
• Please DO NOT bring your trade fair booth! Backdrops, product displays and all signage must fit within your 10’ x 10’ booth.
• Corporate banners are permitted as long as they fit within your 10’ x 10’ booth

Electrical Needs:

• Kinder Morgan will provide power to your booth
• Wall outlets and post outlets are not a part of booth space
• To request additional outlets, they must be ordered from Hilton Americas - Houston. To order the additional electrical connections, download the Electrical Order Form
• Electrical cords must be three-wire grounded types
• Internet connectivity is available based on the number of computers and the number of days. Exhibitor is responsible for ordering internet access directly through the hotel audio-visual department. Download the Request for Internet Service form to specify your Internet requirements.
