    Gold - $3650  -  second rows
    Silver - $3150  -  third and fourth rows

  • Locations within each level are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis as exhibitor fees are received.

Kinder Morgan will provide:
  • an 10' x 10' draped booth
  • an 8' tall backdrop with 3' side dividers
  • 6' skirted table, 2 chairs, 1 waste basket
  • 2' x 5' banner with vendor company name and 5-8 word statement of service / product
  • Color theme will follow the Kinder Morgan corporate colors of red and black

What to bring:
  • Be prepared to discuss and/or provide information regarding your company's products/services with Kinder Morgan decision makers
  • Bring sales literature
  • Bring gimmicks, smaller display items or give-aways if desired
  • Please DO NOT bring your trade fair booth! Backdrops, product displays and all signage should not be more than 5' from floor to top of display and should not cover the sign provided by Kinder Morgan.
  • Please DO NOT bring your corporate banner!

Electrical needs:
  • Wall outlets and post outlets are not a part of booth space
  • Separate outlets must be ordered from Woodlands Waterway Marriott in order to have electrical connections
  • Kinder Morgan will provide power to your booth if needed and requested
  • Electrical cords must be three-wire grounded types
  • Internet connectivity is available at a rate of $125.00 per day plus tax and service charge. Exhibitor is responsible for ordering internet access directly through the hotel audio-visual department. Download the Exhibitor E/AV Order Form to specify your electrical requirements.
